Privacy Policy

Quick answer

This site collects almost nothing: server logs and, if you write to us, your email. There are no accounts and no checkout here, so we never see payment details, which live only on the seller's own checkout. California residents have specific rights to know, delete and correct data we hold, exercised by emailing our inbox below.

Scope

What this policy covers, and what it does not

This policy covers jointbrexcare.com, published by Jointbrexcare. It does not cover the checkout you reach through a Choose this kit button, which runs on the seller's own site under the seller's own privacy policy. We explain that boundary in the section below on checkout, because it is the point where most confusion about "what does this site know about me" actually starts.

The short version: this is an informational site with no accounts, no shopping cart and no payment form of its own. There is very little to collect, and this policy says exactly what that little amount is.

Collection

What we actually collect, and the accounts we don't have

Two categories of information reach us, and neither one comes from a form you fill out to read this site.

Everything this site collects, in full. There is no third category.
CategoryWhat it includesHow we get it
Server logsIP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the date and time, and the referring pageGenerated automatically by the web server every time any page loads, the same as almost any website
Anything you email usWhatever you choose to write to [email protected], plus the return address on the email itselfOnly if you send a message; nothing is collected from a visit alone

We do not run user accounts, so there are no passwords, profiles or saved preferences tied to a person. We do not operate a checkout, so we never see a card number, a billing address or any other payment detail; that information goes directly to the seller's checkout, covered separately below. If you never email us, the only data connected to your visit is the automatic server log line described above.

There is also nothing to sign up for on this site and nothing to log into. You cannot create a profile, save a reading list or leave a comment here, because none of those features exist. That is a design choice: an informational site about a supplement label does not need an account system, and not building one is the simplest way to avoid holding data we would otherwise have to protect and eventually delete.

If you email us, that message is stored

A message sent to [email protected] is not anonymous, and we keep it long enough to answer it and to have a record of what was reported, described further under retention below. Sending an email is the one action on this site that creates a record tied to you specifically.

Cookies & analytics

Cookies and analytics: what this site does and does not see

A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to store, usually to remember something between visits, such as being logged in or having a preference saved. Because this site has no login and no saved preferences, it has very little reason to set one.

What we do not set

No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels, no cookie that identifies you personally across visits or across other websites.

What might be set

A basic analytics tool, described below, may use a short-lived, non-personal identifier to distinguish one visit from another. It does not carry your name, email or IP address in a form that identifies you.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies entirely in their settings, and doing so will not break anything on this site, since nothing here depends on one being present.

We use a standard web analytics tool to see, in aggregate, which pages get read and roughly how visitors arrive here, the same kind of tool most websites run. It reports things like page views, approximate location at the country or city level, device type, and which page a visitor came from. It does not report your name, your email address, or anything you typed into a form, because there is no form on this site to type into.

What analytics data is used for

Deciding which pages need updating, noticing when a page stops getting read, and general traffic reporting. It is not used to build a profile of an individual visitor, and it is not sold or shared with anyone outside the small team that runs this site.

Checkout

What happens to your data at checkout

Accepted payment card and wallet logos on the seller's checkout
Payment happens on the seller's own checkout, not on this site.

Every "Choose this kit" or "Order JointBrex" link on this site leads to a checkout run by the seller, on the seller's own domain, under the seller's own privacy policy and payment processing. That is a different company's system, and this distinction matters for your data specifically.

We never see, receive or store a card number, a billing address, a shipping address or any other checkout detail. The order desk described on the contact page is where that information lives, and it is also the only place that can look up an order once one exists. This site's own inbox has no access to it, by design, which is covered in more detail on that page.

Read the seller's checkout policy before you enter payment information there, the same way you would for any online purchase. It is a separate document from this one, and this one does not speak for it.

Sharing

Sharing, selling and children's privacy

We do not sell personal information, in the ordinary sense of that phrase or in the specific sense the California law described below uses. There is no advertising network on this site buying or selling visitor data, and no list of email addresses to rent or trade, because we do not collect email addresses except when someone chooses to send us one directly.

  • The analytics provider described above processes aggregate traffic data under its own standard terms
  • The order desk and seller receive whatever you enter at their checkout, under their own policy, not ours
  • We may disclose information if required by law, such as a valid legal request
  • We do not otherwise share, sell or rent anything you send us with any third party

This site is also not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. The product discussed on this site is labeled for adults 18 and over regardless. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us using the details near the bottom of this page and we will delete it.

California residents

California privacy rights, and your choices wherever you live

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you specific rights over personal information a business holds about you. Because this site collects so little, exercising these rights against us is a short conversation rather than a long one, but the rights apply in full regardless of how little data exists.

California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act rights, as they apply to this site.
RightWhat it means here
KnowAsk what personal information we hold about you; for most visitors, that is a server log entry and, if you emailed us, that message
DeleteAsk us to delete personal information we hold about you, such as an email you sent
CorrectAsk us to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
Opt out of sale or sharingNot applicable in practice, since we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined
Non-discriminationWe will not deny service or charge a different price for exercising any of the above; this site has no paywall or account tier to begin with

To make a request, email [email protected] and describe what you are asking for. We may need to verify the email address you are writing from matches the one connected to any record we hold, since we have no other way to confirm identity for a site with no accounts. We will respond within the time the law requires.

Outside of California, the same basic choices are available to anyone. You can decline to email us, in which case the only data connected to your visit is the anonymous-in-practice server log line described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it, and we will honor that request the same way regardless of which state you live in.

Retention & changes

How long we keep data, and how changes are handled

Server logs are kept for a limited operational period and then cycled out automatically; they are not kept indefinitely. An email you send us is kept as long as reasonably needed to answer it, to have a record that a correction was requested and made, and to defend against a dispute about what was said, after which it is deleted on request or in the ordinary course of clearing old messages.

We do not have a reason to keep anything longer than that. There are no accounts to close and no ongoing relationship being tracked, so retention here is short by default rather than something you have to ask us to shorten.

If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this page and the "last updated" date at the top moves forward. Currently that date is September 24, 2026. We do not maintain a separate changelog or send an email notice for every edit, since there is no account or subscriber list to notify; checking the date on this page is the way to know whether you are reading the current version. A material change, such as starting to collect a new category of information, would be reflected here directly rather than buried in wording that stays technically accurate while meaning something different.

Contact

Questions about this policy

Questions about this policy, or a request under the section above, go to [email protected], checked Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. That is this website's own inbox, separate from the order desk described on the contact page; it cannot see order or payment information, which is precisely why this site has so little of your data to begin with.

Privacy Policy: common questions

Does jointbrexcare.com require an account?

No. There are no accounts, logins or saved preferences anywhere on this site.

Does this site see my payment information?

No. Every order link leads to the seller's own checkout, on the seller's own domain, under the seller's own privacy policy. This site never receives a card number or billing address.

What cookies does this site set?

None for advertising or cross-site tracking. A basic analytics tool may use a short-lived, non-personal identifier, and you can block or delete any cookie in your browser without breaking the site.

Does this site sell my personal information?

No. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for advertising, and we have no email list to rent or trade.

I'm a California resident. What rights do I have?

Under the CCPA and CPRA, the right to know, delete and correct personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] to make a request.

How long does this site keep server logs and emails?

Server logs cycle out after a limited operational period. An email is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer it and record that a correction was made.

Does this policy cover the checkout where I actually pay?

No. The seller's checkout has its own privacy policy, covering payment and shipping data this site never sees. Read that policy separately before entering payment information there.

How will I know if this privacy policy changes?

The "last updated" date at the top of this page moves forward whenever it changes, currently September 24, 2026. There is no email notice, since there is no account or subscriber list to send one to.
